what does it mean when you want things done ' now'

like i hate people who take their time doing everything, they're slow about everything...and i hate waiting to for anything and being patient with people......as i think a lot of the time that i want things 'now', as in, at this minute, that i should be priority above other people.

can anyone understand my mentality and how i can be more patient and understanding about things? and realize and accept not everything can be done ' now', straight away?
