Tattoo advice

Currently I have a tattoo on the inside of my right wrist. It has 2 names on it, one is my late sister, the other her son, my nephew and godson. The infinity symbol is wrapped around the names. I would either like to get another for my left wrist or add on to the existing one on my right. Does anyone have ideas on what I should get either on my left wrist or adding to the right wrist? I am stumped, but I definitely want something. Thoughts? Ideas? I greatly appreciate it.
