I never liked it, but only because it was so common.
Growing up, i felt generic. Not that I needed to feel special, but having an interesting name was so appealing.
I went to school with Carissa, Kokee, Bunee, Sand, Sunshine, a girl named Micheal. And then there are all the children of hippies like rainbow and river.
And I get Sarah.
In reality, not a bad name.
I recently learned what it would have been if i were a boy. I’ve berated both of my parents for their choice, for fun. Mark. Not even Marcus. Just, Mark.
