Let's stop sugarcoating wat it really is coz "People" do. If you reconnecting with your ex is it sentimental or disloyalty. It's betrayal dressed up as "just catching up".What if you or myself find us in such a situation. What will the husband or the "wife" do???

Connecting/reconnecting with anyone outside the relationship you have promised to respect is best tested by being open with your spouse/partner. If you can't do that then you know you are deliberately setting out to hurt.
