Why do you hate

@BlobbyMcBlobface Na. The younger generations see the hate the older generations try to pass as "just trying to help" or, "I'm just kidding". The older generations seem to be more upset that the younger generations are calling them out on their bad behavior that they should have been called out on decades ago instead of getting the "respect" they feelthey desrrve while having done nothing to deserve it. I'm siding with the younger generations. They have the right ideas of how people should treat on another.

@BlobbyMcBlobface Just because it isn't intended as hate doesn't mean it isn't. Older generations seem fairly hard headed at understand how what they say and do is damaging and get mad when it pointed out, often refusing to listen to the reasons why.

The older generations get a pot of leeway by people saying, "it was a different time back then". No. It wasn't. It was just a yime where if you told someone older than you what they were doing was hateful or wrong, you'd get whopped along side of the head for being a smart mouth. So the intentions may not be there, but the wrong speak is still there, still needs correction, and it's being confronted for what it is.

@BlobbyMcBlobface Yes, but, you are missing my point where older generations idea of "criticism" is often made in wrong speak which is 1) not helpful and 2) is considered hateful today, despite intentions.

Language changes. If people don't change with it, they will be forever saying things that aren't appropriate anymore. You have to change with the language
