Hate is a strong word. Ive only ever found it useful to get me off of drugs many years ago. I had to and wanted to grow a hatred for it. After about 3 years of building that mindset it set me free. The only time a negative became a positive.

@FoxyGoddess I agree its a word. But its powerful. Most who say hate really mean dislike. Hence for me hatred is a very strong word
