If you grew up with your soul mate cat, a pure white cat that lived for 16 years when he passed, and he used to lick your hair, and he used to lick

your beard to comfort you and he would be a chatter box with you with these distinct meows.....Would you be happy or discontent if your mother got you another cat that looked just like your original cat, would you compare the two? If the new cat looked just like your old cat but doesn't lick your hair or beard would you be sad? Is it wrong to replace your sons old cat with a carbon copy? Or should I get him another cat that doesn't remind him of Mr. Daisy??? This is Mr. Daisy...

This is the cat I'm looking at....

Looks just like Mr. Daisy and is only 1 year old!!!! Wouldn't my son be thrilled to have another white cat just like his old cat???? Yes or No??? Please help me decide???

They don't look the same to me!
So forget about that, looking alike. We are irreplaceable, all beings.
I like the new cat :)
But please don't try to get it because it reminds of the old. It doesn't. He knows it.
