does anyone else despair at the world now

as you know, if you read my posts, i'm alone, have no one but my elderly mum and dad, but my mum mainly, we're very close, always have been, but she lives far away now...so i'm here, in this apartment on my own and i see the world changing around me.....society is changing, it's very dark times...we have a pathetic government at the moment in the uk which is making a shambles of things.......i struggle with psychological problems, mainly with anxiety and a fear of going out...the media/ news makes it seem as if it's unsafe out there now.

and i have a deep fear- insecurity about the future.

Remember 'the world' is a big concept. It covers the wicked and malicious, the incapacitated and sick, the people who sacrifice their own interests, and even lives, to help others and those who work hard, just trying to get by bringing up their families as best they can.

The media will often concentrate on the first, giving the impression that the rest are doomed to be overcome and are in a minority. The internet is apparently filled with unhealthy nastiness (I only participate on SW so have that second hand) so if we immerse ourselves in the muck, we will live with the smell.

Surrounding ourselves with good people, discovering that trust is possible and there is light in the world will be the best medication for worry and depondency.

At this point, I've given up on the world. It needs to burn to show those in control that their ideas were wrong.

I will learn, but I don't care at the same time.

Even though I'm not in UK. Too much corruption always gets in the way. So I have to balance myself away from the world of fuckery
