Is anyone really happy with the shade of their skin colour?

The darker people want to use Fair and Lovely in the hope of lightening their skin and the fairer people want to sleep in the sun or even use fake tans to darken theirs.

Why?

The photo booths which automatically make you 'beautiful' in Japan were an eye opener for me (pun not intended but it does fit!).

I looked like a ghost with eyeballs the size of eggs! 😂
