I hate the fact I’m terrible at making eye contact

It’s like I instinctively look away from people’s faces, because looking into someone’s eyes make me feel extremely uncomfortable. I need to do better.

I have no happy medium with this… either I stare too long OR can’t bring myself to do it at all

Either seems to make people uncomfortable, because it’s not “natural” or “normal” I guess

@WaryWitchWandering i understand this. Or sometimes i will stare at their lips while they are talking. Its like My brain just isn't understanding their words, i have to look at their mouth to see it moving to understand their words. I found out they either hate it, or think I'm coming onto them
