Honestly, I’m not sure. There is someone I know who I believe has mild Asperger’s. He’s not an unkind person, and if you point something out like how certain words or actions would affect him if he were on the receiving end, then he understands. But such things don’t occur to him otherwise. He’s family and I love him dearly. But it’s an aspect of his personality that has never changed.
