Is it normal

Or am I just being crazy ? I'm so overwhelmed with school and work, I feel like I would go insane if I don't use the holiday I'll get in a few weeks to travel abroad. Everyone has done it and I haven't and I'm tired of pointlessly running around like a headless chicken. It will be very expensive but I feel like I would literally go insane if I don't travel them. Am I just overwhelmed and acting crazy or do I make sense ?
