I am not the same after watching this!

I take public transport regularly cause it's easier where I live and convenient, I have never seen something like this, so scary , she was just sitting minding her business watching her phone like I always do!!! So sad he didn't even know her just unalived her for no reason pure terror, so much violence,,,why are they letting such violent people outside? He should at least be in an insane asylum,,,,,and the poor woman didn't even realise what had happened untill she passed out and died alone and terrified, I am shocked that nobody helped her, I usually travel with my two year old around the city when we take public transport so I don't know if I would have interfered too even though nothing like that would happen in my city, although my friend was followed by a crazy guy from the bus stop all the way to her job with the driver saying nothing!!! I have my smart watch linked and ready and my emergency contact my husband who is 6'4 and has a freakish strength and have long experience in disarming knives and whatnot.he was actually stabbed once by a crazy guy and was still able to fight him off and take his knife!!! I am kind of scared to go out after this, honestly the way that woman died is so scary and no one even helped her or just said are you okay??? Are Americans so scared of lawsuit that they won't even check on someone bleeding to death?? Few years ago before I met my husband I was too a young pretty skinny woman all alone in a new place I used to take trains all the time and give my back to people while minding my business and my phone, so I relate to her so much.

The reason is that there are no insane asylums in this country anymore. If you're severely mentally ill in the US and your family doesn't have a lot of money, you wind up getting kicked out onto the streets. And if your family DOES have money, you can just refuse to enter inpatient care. So instead the rest of us have to deal with mentally ill weirdos out in public. Usually they aren't violent but sometimes they are.

In any case, I know this is disturbing, but try not to let this get under your skin too much, OK? Tragedies like this do happen but the vast, vast majority of murders in America are committed by somebody known to the victim. If someone's going to attack you, odds are it's almost certainly going to be a close friend, family member, romantic partner, or coworker. Always good to carry pepper spray and take basic precautions, of course, like avoiding dangerous areas after dark.
