@Unefilletrescurieuse I think it is an aspect of anxiety in my experience. It's not always a negative thing 😊

But I could be entirely wrong, of course my experience is just my own

@caccoon That's an interesting perspective. I guess it can make you more aware and perceptive, even if it's not always comfortable. Do you find that your anxiety helps you in any specific ways, or is it more of a double edged sword?
