Tonight I stumbled upon archived messages on this site that I thought I had gotten rid of. Reading them was to relive the moments, the awful moments. Why was I a weakling? For all this time? Why?

How do I get better? How do I become healed?

Instead of just archiving old messages you could go the extra step and delete them.

2024 was horrible year, especially summer. I would erase it if I could.
