Car wouldn't start again, pastor neighbor prayed and BAM it started again

Thanks dad for that amazing faith empowering story, now let me get back to this Golden State Killer book.

and what a book it is, it's more like a tv documentary with the voices of those involved and mood music, and sound effects.

I don't like how people can sound while they're talking like each detail is like such a wow thing, the inflections and all the other things my vocabulary can't name.

But pretty good, definitely worth the sale price. Will be finishing it before it gets dark.

I am kind of like your Dad or the pastor neighbor in a way. I pray for the little things, and as each prayer is answered, it helps increase my faith. Then, when I pray about the things that terrify and worry me most ( mostly keeping my family safe from harm), I am more confident that the bigger prayers will be answered, too. Most of my days are filled with off-the-charts worry, so the bit of peace this brings to me is a tremendous help. 🙂

Wow!! Your audiobook sounds wonderful. I always audiobooks like the old-fashioned cassette tapes with the monotone type voices on them, but it sounds like they are much more than that. So, did you finish it before dark?🙂

@WildMountainRose Good for you, dad likes to treat faith like a common sense thing, like it would be out of this world to have the tiniest bit of doubt ..... yeah, it was done before complete dark outside, it's different from usual audiobooks, but with a good narrator an audiobook is a sublime experience, lots of duds out there though which i think was more common in the olden days .....:)
