Recognizing the need to see people as vulnerable human beings.

I'm realizing that people aren't just moving objects with something I want. They have stories, lives, needs, and unfortunately they also have trauma.

I've also noticed that many men, even those much older than me, seem to struggle with this idea. It's sad.
