@FoxyQueen That's difficult, I have been the one to break up with both relationships I was in, but I knew in my heart to talk with them even if my heart knew the ending. I knew I had to face their emotions, along with mine, and a part of me wanted to stay open if their words or how they respond change my heart I would listen, but I also knew I'm probably in for a world of hurt and I still came to them with how I felt.

@robbie2499 Thanks. It was really hard. He was the closest thing I had ever met to my soulmate, so when he disappeared, it was devastating. I was in a 5 year deep depression. I'm glad I was able to move on, but it was extremely difficult.
