First of all. Keep a big day planner/calender handy and up to date. Second. this is the "How do you eat an elephant" problem. The answer is one bite at a time and chew well. So break everything down to smaller, day by day problems and keep control of the timing. Things are either urgent, or important, or both. Some are time sensitive. If you cancel an appointment, because of something else more urgent, how long will it take to re book? Just keep control, one bite at a time, and chew well. It just looks overwhelming when you stare at the whole thing..😷

It sounds like you need some help with anxiety issues as well as your physical problems. Not knowing where you are that is to say whether you're in the countryside in a city near public transit or not, it's going to be difficult for anyone to advise you on the actual transport. Dealing with your own anxiety, I'm afraid of something that you need someone close by to help you with.

I hope you're able to get it sorted in time. It's great that you've got a good GP.
