I do mine in the shower. Sometimes i don't know why. I just need too.

I've always held it in until j get in the shower. It helps my eyes not swell so much. I'm unfortunately one those who even if cried just a little, eyelids get so swollen. Cheeks. Nose ets. It's obvious

I cry when I'm alone. But, unlike you, I'm usually alone. Still, your life experiences are much more different than mine though

Nah. You know what you need and handle it. So I’d say it’s healthy.

Same and in silence. It's not pathetic it's sometimes important like a restart button.
