Does anyone feel anxiety when they want to talk to someone, but don't have someone to turn to and feel trapped?

Yes, I've experienced this. But talking to people here, responding to their content and sharing laughs, helping out, is therapeutic. I watch some of YouTube videos and read articles to help give me insights on what I need to do to stay in a positive place. Above all, I spend a lot of time to myself and introspect. It's helped me understand a lot about myself and get grounded. The anxiety alot of times is your signal to connect with yourself and to give TLC. Try doing something relaxing and nourishing for your soul. And do this for yourself often🤗💕
