What food do you crave when you’re emotionally unstable?

It differs. Sometimes I’ll lose my appetite completely other times I will eat an entire cake, a whole box of chocolates, order a massive Chinese or face plant a pizza 🤷🏼‍♀ I’m an all or nothing kind of person.
