@mindstruggle I was, too, for a long time. But then I decided to sign up for a team lead position where I worked. We had "Green Rooms" at shift starts, with 30+ production workers.
Oh, I was so nervous the first couple of times, but it got easier when I started formatting everything I needed to cover more simply. And not focusing on "the room". After a couple of weeks, I overcame that phobia, or at least can manage it better.
