That's entirely up to you

47 is not too late. Not by a long shot.

You’ve been through pain and setbacks, and that matters. It shapes you—but it doesn’t define your future. Having a hard adult life doesn’t cancel your potential. If anything, it gives you a kind of wisdom and depth that can make meaningful relationships more real!
What someone said about your age might’ve hurt—but don’t let it shrink your vision. You’re still here. That means your story isn’t over.

@Logybear50 thanks so much for your words, i'll keep trying.
You may be focusing upon the wrong parts. I am 47 and don't want to date. Yet those in their 60s, 70s mix and mingle and find a partner. I hate saying this, but often it's about attitude, if you say no one wants you, no one does.

No excuses now. You are an adult and your life is what it is.. Decide first who you need to be and be that person (this may take a while) Once you have done that yoiu will know what you need in a partner and know what you have to offer in return.. It is too late to start over from clay.. But its never too late to start again from where you are..😷
