what do you do when you feel insecure

about your life, about the future...you worry about your elderly mum and dad not being around anymore as they are your main support system.....you worry about living alone and the loneliness it brings....this is basically my predicament.

how can i deal with this?

When the future feels overwhelming, meditation helps pull you out of that spiral. It’s like pressing pause on all the "what ifs" racing through your head. You just sit, breathe, and remind yourself — right now, I’m okay. It doesn’t fix everything, but it creates these small pockets of peace where you’re not battling your thoughts.

Over time, it helps you feel a little stronger, a little steadier. You start realizing that while you can’t control what’s coming, you can learn to handle what’s here. And honestly, that’s how you slowly build the resilience to face those fears
