what do you do when you feel insecure

about your life, about the future...you worry about your elderly mum and dad not being around anymore as they are your main support system.....you worry about living alone and the loneliness it brings....this is basically my predicament.

how can i deal with this?

Well, I'm 73 years old and I was going to post my true feelings about this but I decided not to because I just couldn't be bothered with dealing with all the venom that my post would have caused. Let's just say that my main worry is that I might come back to this world after I have died.
