What do you do to recover your happiness? I normally put on some good tunes and take a shower, or a bath often helps. What's your methods and approaches for getting rid of darker moods that seem to want to stay ?

Creative writing works wonders for mood. Working through emotions I may not share with anyone; I can express in a piece of poetry. Same with other forms of art.
