Would you rather sacrifice 1000 people to save someone you love or sacrifice somone you love to save 1000 people?

the only option my conscience could live with would be: I'd nominate myself over my loved one, because if I truly loved them, i wouldn't be able to live without them in this world anyway, and knowing that i willingly had chosen them over me in order to save 1000 random people i don't know, would make me want to die anyway.

@Rudboy41 You can't nominate yourself. It negates the moral dilemma.

@PinkMoon okay 😑, yes parameters are important.

This is a terrible question, and i answered it already, looking between the lines, id rather live with 1 death on my conscience (my loved one dies) becaise i know more about the consequences of 1 than having 1000 deaths with immeasurable and compounding consequences.
