what can you do if you don't look good at the present time

basically ive put on weight around my stomach, a few stone...i plan to do something about it soon by returning to swim regularly at the leisure centre....but i feel bad because of all this extra weight ive gained....my elderly mother said i feel it more than people can notice and she said because i'm tall, i carry my weight well....but i still feel bad?

i feel my clothes don't look good on me at the moment and i feel full of self consciousness and self doubt.


any help? im 47 now.

Strict diet. No carbs to speak of.
Avoid sugar big time.
Eat protein for lunch and dinner, 6 oz serving
Vegetables are ok. For salad, easy on the dressing
Breakfast, eggs or one oz of cereal with limited milk

Initially, for at least two weeks, don’t exercise. Let your body burn fat naturally

No cheating.

1st month 20lbs weight loss is easy for a man.

In month two, try to walk at least 5-7,000 steps/day.

Depending on your overall health, you can start to workout. See a dr if you’re more that 50lbs overweight before serious exercise.

@darkmere1983 Just start. One day at a time. When the weight starts to come off, you’re going to look good.

It ends up being a self-fulfilling prophecy 💪🏻
