What’s the most important lesson life has taught you so far?

That there are people who say that they love you and want to be with you but they are in love with the IDEA of being in love with you and wanting to be with you. I learned that it is okay to leave abusive situations. It’s okay to speak up. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to validate your feelings and emotions. And it’s also okay to take care of YOURSELF because at the end of the day we are the only ones that we have.
