how to get out of comfort zone? or is it not necessary?

It's better for you if you push yourself a bit...I've never been comfortable around large groups of people but applied for a job as a greeter and got it...that pushed me right out of my comfort zone but within a couple months I got used to it, and in a few months more I learned which customers liked to joke around and had some great interactions when they'd come in the store....it's good to learn new things.
