Sweet of them
The people I left my dog Rita with sent an update on her. She got a new blanket. (She loves blankets)
They consider her their baby, and spoil her. In the picture they sent my mom, she’s looking a little grey though. She’d be 6 this year. That’s not so old for a pitbull. Maybe the stress from my situation and her sudden move to their home years ago aged her.
She was the best dog there ever could be for me, and even if I ended up surviving, I’d never get another dog because none of them would ever compare to her. Everyone must have a dog like that at least once in their lives. I miss her so much, but I’m glad she’s happy and loved. I wonder if they also think she’s the best dog there ever was.
