should i have took this personal
i was at the chemist earlier and in front of me was a woman talking to the male manager of the chemist and i overheard their conversation, and he said to her '' that is very unusual, that is strange''....and i thought he was referring to me? that i'm unusual in some way or my appearance is unusual?
and i felt self conscious all of a sudden and started to doubt myself, but i felt annoyed at the same time...and i felt like confronting the manager in an aggressive way....but i just collected my perscription and left calmly.
to describe me, i'm bald, wear dark coloured hoodies and combat cargo pants...i'm tanned with blue eyes.
anyway, how should i have dealt with that situation? i do have paranoia as well.
