Heart beating slow today, probably from tiredness.

It is September and I promised to start taking care by now (after August)

I will leave work early and be little self-absorbed.

@Miram I am glad it’s been a good day. I know you run yourself exhausted helping others because that’s who you are.

I am doing everything he said but this medication makes me feel really awful. I hope the side effects will pass because I am not having any episodes which is good.

@iamonfire696 yes, usually at the beginning it feels like that. Give it couple of weeks. Any sever side effects need urgent medical advice. Don't forget to check the medication notice ❤

@Miram I am having some gastro issues, fatigue and dizziness. I did let the cardiologist know and he said to keep taking them and let him know if they are still persisting in 2 more weeks.
