Have you ever felt the world's pain..?

I just watched a movie.. It's a very sad movie.. The movie is called grave of the fireflies..
The movie is very accurate in what often happened in such times.. And I'm just really in pain.. I can't stop crying.. I had an emotional break down.. my chest hurts so much and I'm having trouble breathing... This isn't the first time this has happened to me.. So I ask you.. Is it possible to feel the pain of the world..?

Yes it is possible. For that reason I have to stay away from movies like that and news.

I've watched plenty of movies that have made me cry.. But I've never watched one that made me have an emotional break down.. I often can't watch the news because I'll get depressed and start thinking to much and cry..I don't like the subject of slavery.. I get upset and I feel This great anguish about it And I start crying.. When I think of all the tragedies throughout history I become so full of anguish.. I think I need help..

You can hold empathy, but you can't feel someone else's pain. Peoples nerv systems do not connect like that.
