are more of them about things you’ve done, mistakes you made ? Or are they more around the things you didn’t attempt, chances you [b]didn’t[/b] take ?

I'm trying to see my regrets as lessons and not repeat my stupidity..but I don't want to sit in them too long because it leads into depression then I spiral...so ...I acknowledge what I feel at the time then move on
