are more of them about things you’ve done, mistakes you made ?
Or are they more around the things you didn’t attempt, chances you [b]didn’t[/b] take ?

Yes but everyone is a general after the battle. I couldn't have possibly known how would all that turn out if I made different choices. There are uncountable possibilities of things going well or wrong with every choice we make.
So knowing what I know now I would have done something differently in past but I couldn't have known it then.
