So many vicious people!

I've been trying to get my footing here on sw, you know, looking for friendly people to converse with on a very wide variety of topics: likes, interests, fears, successes; even kinks or taboos if you're into such things and are comfortable talking to me.

As i interact with other's posts, i see so many hateful responses to someone just trying to share something about themselves that could make them vulnerable, and yet, knives out.

I guess I'm surprised at myself that i didn't think this was going to be a microcosm of the wider world.

same way I feel. I deleted all my social media yesterday for that reason.
For example, I joined a group on something very specific, asked a question for advice on how to do the thing as I was nervous to do so. One person told me I was being negative and dramatic. People are just rude nowadays. I keep to myself.

@iamnikki The advice I gave @Howudoin also applies to you ... :)
ignore the rude ones and connect with the ones who have similar likes and dislikes or those people who are not into judging.
