When someone is down and then 30 minutes later is (overly)happy

I do that when I realize nobody cares and nobody wants to put up with me. It's easier for me to cope with everything with laughter. I don't want to be a downer, but I also need a little TLC or support. It only gets more erratic the more times you have to shut down because nobody cares.
