There’s a lot thats revealed in one’s profile.

I’m attracted to a profile that shares deep thoughts and feelings. I am attracted to a profile that tells a story of one’s life. I am an attracted to a profile that is honest yet revealing of one’s soul. Yes I do read profiles throughly :)

Sadly I don't think that many are genuine here. Obviously there are good people here, but many just paint a pretty picture and will have ulterior motives.

Yes, there are trolls, alts, and pervs.

But i have about half a dozen good, real people i consider friends. I don't chat alot, but when my message boards load up to about a dozen that have gone silent, I archive. And keep fresh the half dozen that have my heart as i have theirs.

But. SW isn't for everyone.

@Montanaman We all have different experiences and expectations. Some are here to chat privately some are not. Just because I have a different outlook and I'm more cautious doesn't mean SW isn't for me. You do you.
I'm happy using social media as I do.
