A somewhat surreal experience…

Coming out of the bank, I held the door open for a woman with a toddler in a stroller.
The woman said nothing, but the child thanked me. ☺️

I assume the mom was silent to let her kid have their shining moment. I'm pretty sure the child has heard plenty of thank you's from their mother.
