A somewhat surreal experience…
Coming out of the bank, I held the door open for a woman with a toddler in a stroller.
The woman said nothing, but the child thanked me. ☺️

its so strange in this world
we were at in a nature walk but we stopped to grab a bit of lunch
there was a wheelchair user going through a door - tbh we just had our meal served and we were a bit far from the door,
there was also a young kid with his parents going through the door, the two adults walked through and didn't even acknowledge the wheelchair user and the kid, stopped, held the door wide and let that person go through
I was amazed by this and even said well done kid to him, I was angered at the ignorance of this parents
