A somewhat surreal experience…

Coming out of the bank, I held the door open for a woman with a toddler in a stroller.
The woman said nothing, but the child thanked me. ☺️

Interesting. No telling why the woman said nothing. Maybe she was preoccupied with something and didn't actually notice the door was being held open for her? Really nice of the child to thank you, though. Impressive, in fact.
