how to not be jealous of happy people
[c=A69800][i]or people who appear happy? i often make the mistake of comparing my life to others....i'm a male in my 40s who deals with mental health problems, i have no support network except my elderly parents who live far away, i live on my own in a little flat......and when i see happy people, online or offline, i feel a jealous madness that engulfs me...and i think evil thoughts about them.
i know it's not right as i'm catholic and christian and my parents brought me up in a good fashion, in a traditional christian way....so having evil thoughts about people goes against who i am and my faith as well, but i can't help it....as i just think it's unfair when i see happy people in relationships..and they are laughing and grinning, as i think ''why can't that be me?''[/i][/c]
