All those paths I had to walk in the past led me to where I'm now – so they were good paths.
==> I'd sell the time machine and donate the money.

@helenS bad idea

@salwa I'd probably travel back 2000 years, and check if there really was a guy named Jesus who was crucified on Golgatha.

@helenS what if u really found that guy?
helenS · 36-40, F
@salwa I'd probably ask him some questions. Like, if he thinks I'll rot in hell b/c I don't believe in him.

@helenS interresting

@salwa I'd also ask him if he really thinks he'll come back at the end of time.

@helenS hmmmmm, but there will be a big problem, the time machine transfer you in time not in place, so if you live in america you should have found a way to get to palestine to ask him

@salwa There's another problem here: if the time machine does not move me in space, then I will end up in free space, in the vastness of the universe. 2000 years ago the position of our planet Earth in the galaxy was totally different from where it is now. Many million miles away.

@helenS Going to meet Jesus is a great choice
salwa · F
@helenS oh, good point and interresting one
helenS · 36-40, F
@HoraceGreenley Thank you! Not sure how I felt if there were no cross, and no Jesus, and nobody had ever heard of him. I might feel a certain emptiness within.

@helenS Yeah...you are right. But since the historical figure of Jesus is pretty well documented, I think you'd find that he really lived and was crucified.

I would have liked to see what came after he died. That would be really interesting.
