Today when a fucking creditor rang me and wanted an update about my client, I replied have you read the notes, if not place me on hold, comes back and says we are waiting for the money plan, i replied if you have another read all correspondence comes to me not the client. Now i have your name I will be reporting you to the manager who is on my mobile phone - way to easy, just read the letters as i have asked for a 6 month moratorium of doing nothing - thanks for calling
