One of the things I hate the most about being a man in this world, and especially a middle eastern man

Is that people always tend to view you as a threat. No matter how pure your intentions are and how much effort you're putting for them, they just wouldn't trust you and would always assume bad faith and stab you immediately under the fear that you might stab them...

Why couldn't I just stay a kid forever ugh
Surely not all people see you that way, do they?

Where are you living? Who are the predominant citizens of the area?

Is there anything else about your appearance that might be threatening to some? Are you powerfully built? Do your clothes suggest someone like a gang member or drug pusher? Is there anything in your manner that might seem abrupt, urgent, fast or angry? Do you unconsciously step inside people cultural or personal space? Do you try to flirt with women you don't know or who are not in your social circle?

This touched me 🖤 it sucks for us too, having to assume the worst for safety but wanting to assume the best for hope
Racial stereotypes can certainly present an extra challenge

Many groups have this feeling. Try being a black man in America. Cheer up every type of person has some sort of baggage tied to preconceived notions.
Imo the best way to combat this is to embrace the challenges and get stronger because of them and don't allow this to dictate any part of your life or personality.
A healthy sense of humor helps too.

I'm not too familiar with that happening around me.
How do people react?
