How do I stop the suicidal thoughts?

At least just for a while, I just need to pretend for a while. Can anyone give me some coping strategies?

If it's just thoughts, there are a couple different schools of thought. Probably the most recommended is to take 15 minutes every few hours and force yourself to think the thoughts for that entire period without stopping. It's paradoxical but a strategy a. lot of psychologists recommend. If it's an actual desire and not just a thought, it's a different issue.
