How do I stop the suicidal thoughts?

At least just for a while, I just need to pretend for a while. Can anyone give me some coping strategies?

Small steps. Do things you enjoy. Listen to music that helps you feel what you have to feel. Spend as much time with friends as you can. And once you feel up to it, set something you would like to achieve, something that will make you feel good when you get there. Talk to people if you can.
