Do you believe in astrology/horoscopes?

I have mixed feelings on the subject. My sign is Virgo, and all the traits are usually correct yet they are so random and could apply to anyone.🤔

No. Astrology has been disproved in every single experiment that has tried to prove its existence. There are no scientific principles on which to base the mechanisms on, and horoscopes that would have matched astrological bodies at it's creation are no longer valid since the rotation of the earth and movement of the stars has made it so that the calendars no longer align with the constellations. Several experiments have shown horoscope relevance to be explained by the Forer effect, and not by actual merit of the horoscope. It just means that the wording is vague enough to apply to most people, so anyone can relate to most horoscopes out there.

The UK conducted a huge data analysis to figure out if zodiac signs predicted the success of marriages between different pairs, and they found no relationship to your zodiac sign and your comapability with others

High five fellow Virgo!
*takes hand back down*
Fine, no high five then.

I actually wrote an article a couple years back on zodiacs and the like if you'd like to read it.

I do not. Most horoscopes are worded in a way that they can seem to apply to anyone. I'm a Leo and there are things about Leos that seem to fit me very well. But then I read about Libra and think "oh wow, I'm even more like a Libra than a Leo!" It can be fun and obviously I can't prove astrology isn't valid, but people who actually decide relationships based on it aren't the people for me.

collective info but still some stuff does make sense

You could have some libra in your chart since it is only 2 signs ahead of leo.
Horoscopes are purposefully vague in order to pander to everyone who reads them and they're usually written by faux psychics and someone who did a course somewhere.
If you do the birthchart stuff its pretty creepy how accurate it is sometimes, layed out like all my issues and personality traits to a T. So i don't know how much i believe in certain things, but i guess i'm on the fence. Fuck horoscopes though, nobody can predict the future unless you're Nostradamus or something.
no. my magic8 ball said astrology if fake

The people who write about these things, write things that will apply to most, if not at least a large group of people so that they read it and buy into it and want to pay for more readings. :) Some people just make them up for fun.
Thus, I don't believe in it. XD But it sure is fun to read sometimes!

no.. but jean dixon had me on the edge of my seat.

she was down to my name :P RE: 'hey, YOU, in 3 min. you're going to get a call from your future wife.. in t-minus, don't miss it, you're a fool don't go to the bathroom you can hold your pee... 3.2.1....."

They can work accurately and they can fail miserably. I believe that if you can change the future then why refer to your horoscope and if you can't change your future then why refer to your horoscope?

It's not just the energy of your sun in virgo, it's also the other planets combined and how they interact with each other to set you apart in how your experiences color who you are.

It's because you're basing everything off of your sun sign 'Virgo' you're moon sign has more depth to your personality vs your sun sign is mostly based on surface like characteristics👍
My traits are accurate too, daily horoscopes are mostly bs tbfh but I still read them since they give me something to think about

I believe it but not entirely, sometimes the stuff is so accurate but horoscopes is b.s
It's complex statistics, and it's correct most of the time.

From a scientific and also a logical and common sense perspective, astrology makes absolutely no sense.

I'm into the paranormal, conspiracies etc but I can tell you, horoscopes mean nothing.
